FSTATS was founded in 2003 to evaluate the performance of athletes in numerical values and gather the data into relevant topics to enhance performance and provide information for sports fans. After an intensive period of hardware and software developement FSTATS started monitoring the Turkcell Super Leauge in 2004.
As a result, a new generation of statistical data was provided for team's technical staff, media corporations, sports agents and managers. And last but not least, for the sports fans.
FSTATS converts every action of a players and teams in the field into numerical data.
FSTATS Philosophy:
-To provide statistical data regarding athletes' performances to support tactical planning by the technical staff.
-To present a different approach to football enjoyment to sports fans and commentators, supporting the comments with the facts.
-To contribute to the formation of a new sports fan identity by means of team and player statistical performance reports.
